Access Control Sales Advisor

Want a career in Access Control Technical Sales but don’t have the experience?
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Advisor (B2B) to join our team in our Manchester Office within this trade only security distributor.
The sales Advisor role is a permanent Monday-Friday position with working hours between 8am – 5pm (40-hour week).
Experience and knowledge of being an Access Control Sales Executive/Customer Service role, or similar, would be nice but is by no means essential. Rather the desire to go above and beyond to ensure our loyal customers receive service excellence at all times, as well as good communication skills. We will provide all the training you need!
Key responsibilities are:
· Taking inbound calls and dealing with customer queries and orders.
· Offering technical assistance on products
· Advising customers of our products, services and promotions through targeted proactive campaigns, whilst maximising all potential sales opportunities.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service & sales skills as well as perform your duties in a polite, friendly and professional manner at all times. You must be customer-focused and computer literate.
