Job Title: Account Director (Commercial Sales)
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £50-60k (DOE) + Bonuses/Commission
Our client, a well-established IT solutions provider, is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Director to build and lead a new sales division.
Main Duties of the Role
Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the Commercial Sales team.
Build and manage relationships with key IT vendors and partners (Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts.
Lead sales initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and develop key industry relationships.
Organise and attend client meetings, industry events, and technology seminars.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven sales and account management experience, ideally in IT networking.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Driving license & car essential
