Key Responsibilities
As an Account Director, you will:
Serve as the primary liaison between Wanstor and our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Develop and implement technology strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
Drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities within the client’s operations.
Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven experience in client management roles within the IT service industry.
Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business contexts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
