Their innovative SaaS platform empowers businesses to streamline their payment processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth. We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
The Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the payments sector, focusing on clients who will benefit from our SaaS solutions. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their unique business challenges, and present tailored solutions that address their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for fintech and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the payments industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of our SaaS platform.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the payments or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of the payments landscape and SaaS business models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client business needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
