Driver Licence Required: Yes
Working Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday, Saturday morning on a rota basis.
At Holden Volvo we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Aftersales team in Norwich.
Role requirements;
– Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Service Administrator role
– Ability to build rapport and form lasting relationships with customers
– Excellent communication, listening and negotiation/closing skills
– Ability to handle changes with a positive attitude
– Ability to organise and prioritise to meet targets and deadlines
– Proven track record of performing and thriving in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in processing invoices and advice notes
