About the Role:

As the Area Sales Manager for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, you will be pivotal in driving growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with clients in various industries, ensuring they receive the best solutions from our extensive product line. We are open to receiving applications from suitably qualified candidates based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in your allocated territory (N. Ireland and ROI) to enhance brand visibility and drive strategic market growth
Develop strategic relationships, providing consultative support and tailored quotes for magnetic separation and metal detection solutions across industries, including food processing, recycling, packaging and more
Dedicate the majority of your time to building a pipeline of new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers
Proactively engage with customers, conducting technical site visits/surveys to understand their needs better and present viable solutions
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring meticulous lead management and follow-up
Collaborate with corporate management to align regional strategies with overall company objectives
Engage in regular sales travel throughout Northern Ireland and ROI (approximately 70%) and participate in key exhibitions, showcasing our products and solutions
Occasional travel to USA to align with our Global Product Management team

Requirements

Strong B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial sectors such as recycling, aggregates and mining
Proven track record of success in sales within Northern Ireland and ROI
Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels
Comfortable with proactive outreach and driving sales processes from initial contact to closing
Ability to make independent, strategic decisions while aligning with company goals
Experience in sales planning, market analysis, and managing budgets effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to feedback and mentorship
Demonstrated capability in effective communication with clients and team members
