Business Development Executive
Full time, Permanent, Newark-on-Trent
Salary £25,500 per annum. + quarterly bonus (OTE £29,000)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our award winning Client within a busy and thriving team. This is a full time, permanent position.

THE ROLE

As Business Development Executive your role will involve:

Generating opportunities to support the wider sales team and business
Gaining excellent knowledge of the products and services available
Generating new opportunities from both existing and lapsed customers
Relationship building
Managing CRM activity and maintaining high standards
Ensuring customer growth

THE CANDIDATE

A Business Development Executive candidate will possess the following:

Experience of customer relationship building through outbound calling
Ability to learn and retain product information
IT literature – using CRM systems, tools and social media
Understanding of sales and marketing systems

Knowledge and experience of working within Software sales or technology would be advantageous.

A suitable Business Development Executive candidate will:

Be confident in their abilities
Able to multitask and juggle priorities
Be long-term reward driven
Possess excellent attention to detail
Be able to articulate and communicate professionally
Have a desire to grow and develop
Be ambitious, commercially driven and quick thinking
