Business Development Manager

My client is a market leading company offering website design and digital marketing solutions to estate agencies internationally. Since 2006, they have worked with some of the most prestigious estate agencies and property portals around the World.

With a strong track record have built a brand in the property industry that is well-known for delivering excellence in website design and lead generation.

As part of our exciting expansion plans for 2022 and beyond they are building a best-in-class sales team to grow a client base across the UK and Europe.

Overview

The primary goal of a Business Development Executive is to achieve monthly revenue targets by selling our website design and lead generation services to new and existing clients.

You will be comfortable in prospecting new clients, have a consultative approach to selling, and relish the opportunity to close deals!

The right candidate will be a determined sales professional who understands the importance of building a strong revenue pipeline to over-achieve on targets consistently.

The targets will be challenging yet achievable, and to support you there will be a committed team that are hugely experienced in the property marketing industry. We offer a fun and dynamic environment which champions team-work and personal development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of a monthly new business revenue target
  • Outbound telephone prospecting for new estate agent clients in UK & Europe
  • Contacting and closing inbound leads and inbound referrals
  • Cross selling of additional services to existing clients
  • Contacting prospect database regularly to generate fresh enquiries
  • Generating referral business from an existing client and prospect database
  • Understanding the customer needs and presenting the right solution to achieve their objectives
  • Presenting website and marketing solutions via video conferencing and telephone
  • Networking at property industry events
  • Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience of selling websites, CRM and/or digital marketing services is essential
  • 2 years minimum proven sales track record
  • Experience of selling services into the property industry an advantage

Location: Hartlepool

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pays

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
