Business Development Manager
Salary Banding: £40,000 – £45,000
Base: London, EC2Y 8AD
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
This role is subject to a DBS check. The cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.

What are the core responsibilities of this role?
In this exciting and varied role, you will:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to achieve apprenticeship start targets.
Promote and sell a full suite of Itec services, expanding our employer base and maximising levy utilisation.
Identify, engage, and win new clients while reigniting relationships with former accounts.
Plan and deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Represent Itec at events, forums, and networks, enhancing our brand and reach.
Work closely with our dedicated mentors to ensure successful learner outcomes.
Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and generate leads to fuel growth.
