We are very reputable telecoms & IT company who supply, install and maintain telephone systems, Cloud/VoIP solutions as well as network services and IT Services and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our progressive company at an exciting time of growth.
We are looking for someone from an IT / Telecoms background, preferably from a managed service provider and someone with strong new business experience.
If you’re the BDM that we are looking for, you’ll be driven, organised, an excellent communicator and have a successful sales performance. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Pitching our products and services to prospective clients
Creating and organising appointments
New business sales selling into businesses across all industry sectors
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with partners
Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of activity
Promoting the company and maintaining our company message at all opportunities
Skills:
Previous experience in new business sales or business development role is essential
An excellent professional telephone manner
Well presented, confident and enthusiastic attitude
A friendly, personable and positive approach to prospective clients
A self-starter with the hunger and drive to achieve great results
Strong communications skills and ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
Full Driving Licence essential
