Annual Base Salary of £40k-£50k, our client is willing to stretch this for exceptionally suiting profiles.
Bonus Structure Applicable, 30% (Base).

THE BUSINESS

Our fantastic client specialises in providing comprehensive and long-term business waste management services, ranging from waste recovery and recycling to treatment and disposal. Our client is currently experiencing a phenomenal growth trajectory, seeing year on year progression & results. Due to this aggressive growth, this newly created role seeks a dynamic & ambitious individual to join the journey alongside the first-class team.

THE ROLE

Lead from the front to develop new and existing business opportunities
Develop a network of suppliers & sub-contractors in niche waste markets gaining the business a service offering our client can leverage for growth.
Manage all aspects of the company’s interaction with their customer, ensuring exemplary levels of accuracy, compliance, customer service and commerciality (with a key focus on niche waste solutions)
Increase both existing and new business sales
Be the primary point of contact for nominated customer related enquiries
Fulfil orders in a timely and efficient manner
Field customer enquiries and resolve any customer complaints
Streamline business operations in terms of the services supplied to the customer
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to be delivered to internal and external parties and stakeholders
Champion and become involved in compliance & SHE initiatives
Offer up alternative processes and technology to positively improve the company’s position in the waste brokering market

THE PERSON

Proven track record in a commercial environment – Essential
Waste industry experience – Essential
Proven track record in delivering contracts – Essential
Driving license – Essential
