The Role.

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Alamy’s Enterprise Sales team, specialising in the dynamic and creative industries of TV and Film.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a personal sales target, driving growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with clients.

The TV and Film industries will be your primary focus, allowing you to engage with some of the most innovative and exciting sectors. While experience in these industries is not essential, your ability to navigate them with curiosity and a proactive mindset will be key.

Your role involves managing a robust sales pipeline, delivering tailored solutions to clients, and contributing to Alamy’s ambitious growth objectives. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative industry where your work will make a real impact.

About you.

To excel in this role, you’ll need a proven ability to define a sales strategy for a portfolio and successfully execute it to achieve revenue targets. You will also need:

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present and articulate solutions that deliver clear ROI for clients.
Experience in proactively identifying and sourcing opportunities, tailoring your approach to secure new business and meet revenue goals.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and establish rapport at all levels.
A track record of securing new revenue and driving business growth.
Excellent presentation skills, with the flexibility to adapt your approach to suit a diverse customer base.
Solid experience in commercial and contract negotiation, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credible external networks.
Proficiency using customer management systems such as Salesforce
Familiarity with legal considerations, including copyright, in the context of photography is advantageous but not essential.
