This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established IT Support and Service provider as they expand their team. The company delivers comprehensive managed service solutions to organisations across the UK
The role responsibilities:
Identify, qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media.
Develop an understanding of potential clients, including their business needs, technology expectations
Actively promote services and solutions, increasing awareness of its offerings.
Utilise tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate and maintain contact with potential business clients.
Build meaningful relationships with prospects, fostering trust and uncovering new opportunities.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline in CRM tool
Stay updated wit latest products, services, and industry trends to deliver informed and compelling messaging.
Represent the business at events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Engage regularly with prospects to address concerns, provide value, and build trust.
Maintain consistent communication until leads are handed over to account managers for further development.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed agreed targets.
The person we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a B2B business development role
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Positive and energetic attitude
Driven to achieve and exceed targets
Passionate about contribute to team and company success
Analytical mindset for effective problem-solving and decision making
