About The Role
Business Development & Sales Manager
Location: Sawston, Cambridge (with travel across East Anglia to Oxford)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum + commission + car allowance

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager at Restore Harrow Green, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by:
Generating leads from enquiries and re-engaging dormant customers
Identifying and developing opportunities across public and private sectors
Managing and progressing cross-selling leads between Restore PLC group companies
Enhancing administrative efficiency and streamlining internal processes
Ensuring excellent communication across teams and departments
Actively participating in weekly review meetings to drive business success
Sending quotes to potential customers
About You
Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets
A proactive and persistent approach to generating new business opportunities
Strong market research skills and the ability to communicate our unique selling points effectively
Experience using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities
A team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Travel across East Anglia and Oxford will be required, so a valid UK driving license is essential
