Car Sales Executive

We are looking for a Car Sales Executive who can sell both new cars and a mix of used franchise & non-franchise cars at our Vauxhall and Peugeot site, located in Grimsby.

Type: Full-time
Length: Permanent
Salary: OTE £45,000

Description

Although experience is preferred, we would really like to talk to you if you feel you demonstrate the drive and dynamism to exceed sales targets and have the interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service leading to recommendations and referrals. The ability to follow a sales process whilst adding your personal flare and the determination to achieve every day.

Responsibilities

Handling enquiries on New and Used vehicles.
Responding to online livechat/sms enquiries and e-leads
Introduction of yourself, the company and our cars using CitNOW video messaging platform
Hitting targets of New & Used car sales
Sale of add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products. Overcoming objections to these is a key part of the job.
Prospecting of customer database and service customers
Must consistently achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores
Housekeeping duties including car pitch presentation, showroom presentation & standards

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in the motor trade
Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
Must be smartly presented at all times
100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers
Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills
PC literacy is a must. This role requires a large amount of IT use
High standard of admin and paperwork skills
Will need to be proficient in selling add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products.
Following an FCA complaint process.
Be able to work additional hours beyond closing times and possibly days off in order to meet customer requirements.
Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes
