Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join us at our newly-refurbished Kia showroom and upcoming Omoda site, as we expand Drayton Motors Grantham into a multi-franchise business.

Join our team as we become the first to welcome Omoda to the Drayton Motors family, with the incredible Omoda C5 due to land in our Grantham showroom this July.

Whilst previous experience in the motor trade would be a bonus, we would like to talk to you if you have any previous retail experience. The role involves showcasing our impressive range of vehicles, providing expert guidance, and facilitating a seamless buying experience – so confidence and great interpersonal skills will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Handling enquiries on New and Used vehicles.
Responding to online livechat/sms enquiries and e-leads
Introduction of yourself, the company and our cars using CitNOW video messaging platform
Hitting targets of New & Used car sales
Sale of add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products. Overcoming objections to these is a key part of the job.
Prospecting of customer database and service customers
Must consistently achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores
Housekeeping duties including car pitch presentation, showroom presentation & standards

Requirements

Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
Must be smartly presented at all times
100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers
Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills
PC literacy is a must. This role requires a large amount of IT use
High standard of admin and paperwork skills
Will need to be proficient in selling add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products.
Following an FCA complaint process.
Be able to work additional hours beyond closing times and possibly days off in order to meet customer requirements.
Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes
