Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YT

Hours: 43.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday rota

Salary: Uncapped OTE, Basic upwards of £18,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always

What we need from you:

Minimum 2 years previous experience within car sales, achieving sales targets and KPI’s

Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances

Ability to identifying new business opportunities
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development

Full and valid driving licence
