Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for cars and outstanding customer service? Drive Motor Retail is currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. You will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and hold total drive and ambition.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience with speaking to customers over the telephone, having a bubbly and enthusiastic demeanour and have the willingness to always go the extra mile.

Basic Salary £20,000 – OTE up to £50,000
24 Days holiday + Bank holidays – Increasing with length of service.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, consider all of their needs and preferences.
Speak to customers not only in-person but also over the telephone, aiding them with their queries and choices.
Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
Carry out test drives and provide insightful information about the products.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
A Valid Driver’s License.
