Location: Remote / Colchester
Salary: £25,272
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What does this role involve?

We are looking for Commercial Customer Account Managers to facilitate the onboarding and account management of our commercial customers.

Day to day, you will;

· ensure all new business customers are accurately registered on the system;

· resolve any incoming queries in an efficient and effective manner;

· be a key point of contact for our customers and Business Development Manager’s;

· effectively manage debt, due to non-payment from businesses;

· manage any customer complaints to an effective resolution.

Who are we looking for?

If you’ve done business sales support before, you know what it takes. Keep the sales team happy. Keep the customers happy. All thanks to your efficient communication and admin skills.

You should be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, which will enable you to identify and amend any errors.

The role can be based working from home but commutable to our Colchester office, for team days on a Monday & Tuesday
