We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a new position of Commercial Manager to head up the sales and development of the Asec brand, including subsidiary brands Asec Vital, Chameleon & Caveo.
Established in 2003, Asec is best known for producing high quality security products. It is a brand which has been trusted by Locksmith and Ironmongery professionals nationwide since its launch.
An industry leader for security products in both commercial and domestic markets, the Asec range has products to suit, regardless of the scale of the project. Whether it’s a padlock to secure a garden shed or digital locks for an office block, Asec has the solution for all applications. Many products within the range have been developed to comply with British Standards, meaning quality and durability is at the forefront of our development.
Asec has a portfolio of over 1,900 every day and specialised products, which includes: Access Control; Architectural Hardware; Key Cutting; Locking Products; UPVC; Locksmith Tools and Accessories.
This exciting new role of Commercial Manager, has been created to further broaden Asec’s market share by identifying business opportunities, such as new partnerships and markets whilst developing business with our existing customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving business development by collaborating with our executive team to develop strategies for the brand and also in helping Product Managers promote and develop existing solutions.

Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
Exceptional strategic and negotiation skills to make sound commercial decisions
Excellent organisational skills to balance and prioritise their workload and meet deadlines
Proficient sales skills, including reporting abilities
Excellent customer service skills to grow a company’s client base
Knowledge of project management and risk management
Outstanding marketing development skills to successfully introduce new products to the mainstream
Knowledge of Industry laws, regulations and trends
