Location: The successful candidate will ideally live within 30 minutes of the depot in Featherstone.

Our network of branded vans travel the length and breadth of the country each day headed up by a dedicated and knowledgeable team of reps ensuring our customer base is stocked with our deliciously sweet treats. Our Reps are supported by committed behind the scenes colleagues who ensure vans are stocked and ready to go.

We are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Representative to join our successful sales team based at our North East depot (based in Featherstone, Pontefract). This is a customer facing role selling our products straight into convenience stores. It is a busy and rewarding role which will see you working Monday – Friday.
Your typical working day will include:
• Provide cover for our Sales Representatives during periods of absence/holiday to ensure we continue to provide first-class service and support to customers.
• Support new Sales Representatives whilst they are learning their journey and products.
• Work with our Sales Representatives to support our customers by advising on products and carry out merchandising.
• Help to grow business and expand on our current customer base
• You day will involve driving a 3.5T van whilst visiting convenience stores, selling in our range and then delivering it from the van
Ideal Candidate:
• An out-going personality and good people skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide top class customer service.
• The right skills and/or experience to succeed in a sales role.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Some sales or customer service experience, but this is not essential.

• Salary – £26,500 (gross) pa guaranteed with opportunity to earn higher commission and bonuses (circa £30K OTE).

Bobby's Foods
In 1972 Michael Hancock and Bob Isaac started selling cakes and sweets at local markets and delivering to local stores in and around Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Soon there were 12 vans selling Bobby's branded products all over the Midlands region. The operation was growing quickly and 10 years later Bobby's opened a second depot in Cwmbran, with Alton, Wakefield and Rainford following shortly after. The business flourished and Bobby's soon had 11 depots up and running. From Exeter to Livingston, Bobby's now have full UK coverage with the head office still operating from Bromsgrove.
