The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of comprehensive digital campaigns, optimise our online platforms, and ensure our digital channels align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to achieve brand and revenue goals.
Website Management: Optimise the company website for SEO, user experience, and visual appeal.
Search Engine Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, implement strategies, and improve search rankings.
Analytics: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
Online Advertising: Manage campaigns across SEM, display ads, and social media platforms.
Content Marketing: Plan and create engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, and other digital assets.
Social Media Management: Oversee content creation, posting, and community engagement across channels.
Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, make data-driven improvements, and report ROI.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices into campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong communication skills and a flair for creating engaging content.
Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous.
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
