Employer Sales Executive
Salary: £33,000 per annum + Package
Working Pattern: Remote (Covering Northeast England) – The role will require regular travel / face-to-face visits so candidates MUST be based in Northumberland or Yorkshire. Access to transport is also a requirement
The successful candidate will be responsible for building & maintaining a pipeline of small, medium & self-employed businesses to act as potential hirers for a range of participants referred through the ‘Access to Work’ programme across the North-East Region.
You will be part of a team that offers guidance & support; providing 9 months confidential/no cost advice (delivered by mental health professionals) helping individuals cope in work, while managing a mental health condition such as anxiety, depression or stress.
What you will be doing?
Conducting a range of business development activities such as introductory telephone calls, emails, virtual presentations, & webinars to generate opportunities with businesses.
Maintain up to date account records on internal CRM, travel to networking events both local & national and hit required individual KPI’s across the contract
Regularly meet with business contacts; collaborating with key stakeholders to encourage them to employ participants & promote the wider scheme
To be successful you require:
Previous Business Development experience: sales orientated with an ability to pitch in a personable & engaging manner
Experience of working in an outcomes / target-based environment
Good understanding of the local employment market & local employment trends
**Experience of working with individuals with a range of health conditions and/or disabilities is also desirable**
