Job Location: Consett, County Durham.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday.
Job type: Full time, Permanent.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working within an inbound/ outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sals calls.
Delivering personalised solutions and top- tier services ( energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring on- time customer retention and high year- over- year renewal rates
Implement personalised mentioned strategies tailored to each customer’s needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
Executing consultations, negotiations, and closure of energy contracts.
Cultivating enduring, trust- based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
Ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system through regular updates and maintenance.
essential requirements
Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth ( KPI: Revenue).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering productive client interactions.
Ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
Experienced in sales techniques and CRM ( KPI: Conversion rates, Pipeline growth)..
A self- motivated and results driven.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership of individual KPI’s.

Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum ( dependant upon experience).
