Be the next Sales Development Representative at a fast-paced, global venture-backed SaaS company.
Remuneration: £32,000 + Uncapped OTE £45,000
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Your Misson
As an SDR at Cledara, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by introducing businesses to our unique platform. This isn’t just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help businesses solve real problems.

What You’ll Do:
Focus on Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage Ideal Customer Profile companies globally, concentrating on meaningful, personalised interactions.
Foster Relationships: Build trust with decision-makers (C-suite/Finance leaders), helping them see the value of simplifying their software management.
Set the Stage for Success: Generate qualified leads for the Account Executive team, ensuring a smooth transition from first contact to conversion.
Stay Organised: Keep your sales pipeline up-to-date in Outreach and use CRM tools effectively to track progress.
Collaborate and Grow: Share best practices, celebrate wins, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
We’re seeking individuals with the following qualities:
Experience That Stands Out: Previous experience in a high-performing environment or sales/customer-focused experience.
A Results-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a “figure-it-out” attitude.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and able to adapt your approach for different audiences.
Curiosity and Drive: You’re motivated to learn, ask questions, and grow alongside a supportive team.
Attention to Detail: Highly organised, with strong time-management skills.
While a Bachelor’s degree is valued, we equally welcome candidates with equivalent experience who demonstrate the skills to excel in this role.
