An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Feed & Bedding Sales Assistant to join the team at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle.
As a Feed & Bedding Sales Assistant your duties will include
Serving customers on the till, handling cash and card transactions
Working with our Parts Department team to manage stock and carry out twice-weekly feed orders
Handle ad hoc orders and enquiries on the phone, in person and via email
Ensure the stock display is neat and tidy
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal Sales Assistant will have the following skills and experiences:
Retail experience (essential).
Equestrian background/knowledge (desirable).
Excellent customer service skills.
Confident in dealing with customers.
Great attention to detail.
Good IT skills.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Hours of work for this position can be full- or part-time depending on the candidate.
