Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to work for a well-established, independent, family run business. This permanent role will be covering the Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Bucks and Hertfordshire areas including 1 day a week in the Maidenhead hub, which is where the initial training and administration will be based from.
Monday – Friday.
40 hours a week (flexible due to own diary management).
GBP26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
The main responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative are but not limited to:
· Giving exceptional service to new and existing clients and delivering sales of high quality products.
· Targeting new business opportunities.
· Administration including completing quotations, emails, reports and diary management.
· Maintaining customer records on the company system.
· Liaising with Line Manager for weekly work plans, reports and sales updates.
The Field Sales Representative will need to have the below qualities and skills:
· A sales background including client engagement to understand client needs and requirements to be able to match those to solutions.
· Exceptional customer service and excellent client relationship management.
· Basic computer skills.
· Passionate for success.
· Excellent organisation skills.
A full driving licence is essential.
