German Speaking Dental Industry Sales Executive
Location: Remote
Office Pattern: (5 Days per Week)
Hours: Flexible, typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with an early finish at 2:00 PM on Fridays

About the Company
We are recruiting for an international dental equipment manufacturer that sells high-quality appliances across Europe. The company has manufacturing bases in the US and China and a strong presence in the European market. This role is part of the internal sales team, focusing on the German-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities
• Contacting and building relationships with existing and lapsed customers
• Making 6-8 calls per day to engage with key decision-makers
• Persistently working with gatekeepers to gain access to new accounts
• Using Salesforce to manage customer interactions and complaints
• Supporting the team in rebuilding relationships with lost accounts
• Understanding and explaining technical products to customers
• Learning and adapting to the company’s product range
• Attending ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge
The Person They’re Looking For
• Experience in customer service and B2B sales
• Fluent German speaker, interested in healthcare a bonus
• Open, presentable, and confident in building relationships
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle a technical dental product range with many SKUs
• Capable of handling sales conversations in a professional manner
• Background in medical sales preferred, but not essential
• Some administrative experience, particularly in a sales environment

Interview Process
