We are recruiting a role for a leading manufacturer of plastic products used in all different types of industries. The main sorts of products are plastic fixings and grips, such as desk feet etc for example. Anything where a firm plastic fixture is needed to fix to something .
The role involves processing orders, giving quotes and managing relationships with customers. It is a busy role, needing good attention to detail and speed in processing a lot of orders.
The main tasks in the role
* Dealing with enquires via the German website
* Processing orders
* Giving quotes to customers
* Converting those quotes and following up to make sure the customer is happy
* Dealing with queries
* Managing the relationships with customers
* Being the key point of contact for them

* Experience in a similar role, ideally export and order processing would be great
* Fluent German speaking

* Strong relationship builder, able to be confident looking after a customer
* Located in Telford or happy to relocate (some assistance may be provided)
