Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company’s expansion into the German market by bridging the UK and German sales teams. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive professional with experience in office administration, sales support, or business development and is fluent in both German and English. The coordinator will handle client inquiries, support sales processes, and streamline communications, ensuring a seamless experience for German-speaking clients. The role is predominantly office-based, offering flexibility and the opportunity for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating sales visits.
Sales Administration: Manage the CRM by inputting lead data, tracking sales activities, and coordinating quotations with the estimation team.
Project Coordination: Support German client meetings, assist in document translation when needed, and maintain open communication lines between the UK and German teams.
Quoting and Documentation: Prepare and follow up on quotations, organize client presentations, and ensure all relevant documents are completed and up to date.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Background in office management, administration, or sales support, ideally with experience in supporting German-speaking clients or business operations.
Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support seamless cross-border interactions.
Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: A collaborative, adaptable individual who values teamwork and can integrate effectively into a supportive, friendly office environment.
