German Speaking Telesales Executive – Entertainment Sector

Salary: They have a budget of £27,000-£30,000 (OTE £40,000-£45,000)
Office Pattern: Remote, with occasional travel to Munich
Hours: Aligned with German business hours (e.g., 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, flexibility possible)

About the Company
We are recruiting for a sales specialist role for a leading global provider specializing in copyright compliance for businesses, working with customers across the UK and Germany. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a growing company with an established presence in Germany and an ambitious growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting outbound sales calls to German-speaking clients.
Following up on pre-qualified leads and mail-out campaigns.
Handling cold calling to generate new business.
Utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce for lead tracking and updates.
Working autonomously while meeting team KPIs and goals.
Participating in regular team meetings and sales goal reviews.
Collaborating closely with the Munich-based team.
Handling rejection professionally and staying self-motivated.
Brainstorming and researching potential new markets.
Traveling to Munich for team alignment (every 6 weeks).
The Person They’re Looking For
Proven outbound telesales experience, ideally in a challenging role.
Fluent German speaking.
Resilient and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred.
Empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
Adaptable and innovative, contributing to new market ideas.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing leads.
Willing to travel to Munich as required.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Open to constructive feedback and ongoing training.
