Graduate Engineer – Technical Sales
Monday – Thursday: 8am -4pm & Friday: 8am – 2pm (occasional flexibility as required)
£25,000 – £28,000 per annum
People Solutions are looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in Technical Sales to work for our client based in Walsall.

Day-to-Day Duties:
Gain in-depth product and industry knowledge, learning directly from experienced professionals
Work with clients to understand their engineering challenges and offer tailored technical solutions
Use your engineering background to provide expert advice and support to customers
Be involved in site visits and client meetings, travelling within a 20-mile radius of the office
Play a key role in promoting the company’s solutions and driving business growth
Essential Skills:
A degree in any engineering discipline
A genuine interest in technical sales and customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
A proactive and motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the business
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of CAD and CNC machining
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role
An understanding of engineering components and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Training:
Full training and mentor-ship provided by experienced engineers and sales professionals
Opportunities for professional development and industry-specific learning
Exposure to a variety of engineering industries, including aerospace, automotive, precision engineering, and oil & gas
Hands-on experience in technical sales, client relationship management, and business development
