Package: £24K – £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£40K OTE Year 1, £55K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3)

What your responsibilities look like:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of social media and the best technology to build your network

Minimum 2:1 degree or sales experience
