Group Charter Sales Manager

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Group Charter Sales Manager. You will serve as the Aviation Specialist for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and commercial clients. A highly organized, confident, and personable professional, you will excel at building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You should have proven sales experience within the private aviation and group charter industry.

Role: Group Charter Sales Manager
Location: Central London
Hours: Monday – Friday – Out of hours work may be required
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within corporate accounts.
Proactively reach out and conduct outbound sales calls to prospect and acquire new clients.
Oversee a portfolio of high-value or key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Gain a deep understanding of each account’s specific needs and provide customized solutions to achieve their objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
Proactively resolve any client issues or concerns, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Collaborate with the Lifestyle department to cross-sell services and solutions.
Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value.
Work closely with internal teams, including private aircraft sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and maximize resources.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Manage group charter requests, collaborating with the CEO to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals with clients.

Essential Requirements:

Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of broking in Group Charter space.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
Highly organised.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho) and other sales tools to track and manage corporate accounts.
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
You will have experience within the Group Charter industry.
Ability to manage people and recruit.
Additional languages would be advantageous.
