Quick Staff UK is proud to be the preferred recruitment partner for Frog Bikes, an award-winning business that designs and manufactures the most innovative and comprehensive range of lightweight children’s bikes. With a mission to inspire kids to embrace cycling, Frog Bikes combines passion, sustainability, and creativity to deliver high-quality products that make a real difference. On their behalf, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead Frog Bikes’ continued growth. This pivotal role involves driving the sales strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Strategy: Lead the international sales strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
Build & Empower Teams: Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including independent sales reps, to exceed targets and unlock growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and eCommerce channels, to meet and exceed customer needs.
Market Strategy: Create tailored country and account plans to maximize sales potential and ensure alignment with Frog Bikes’ goals.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and align business strategies.
Lead by Example: Be a visible leader, spending time on-site at both the Ascot office and the Pontypool manufacturing site, with regular visits to key accounts and field-based team members.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with 5+ years of experience managing successful sales teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and translate strategy into action.
Strong experience with omni-channel sales, including distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer/eCommerce.
Data-driven decision-making with exceptional negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
Customer-focused approach for both commercial clients and consumers.
Experience in the cycling industry or a second European language is an advantage

What Success Looks Like:

Achieving volume and revenue growth in line with agreed strategy.
Improvement in margin and contribution.
Development and performance of the sales team, reflected in sales metrics and account feedback.
Positive feedback from direct reports, peers, and senior stakeholders through 360 reviews.
