Sales Advisor – Inbound – Up to £32k – Woking – Hybrid (flexible)
Are you passionate about the environment and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for residential/home-owner customers, playing a key role in shaping their experience. You will turn enquiries into successful outcomes through careful planning and great organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming new enquiry calls and allocating other calls as needed.
Contacting new email enquiries by phone to establish a connection.
Providing advice to prospective clients to help secure sales
Following up on survey proposals promptly to secure client instructions.
Managing client instructions by setting up projects in the company’s database
Raising invoices, and processing payments.
Drafting standard residential management plans to support Consultants
Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with research and data collection as needed.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
