About The Role
Our Inbound Sales Team play a massive part in us being recognised as the UK’s most trusted electrical retailer. They’re super passionate about giving our customers a five star sales experience. And they’re target driven, money hungry, and taking home £43,451 on average, 50% of them taking home even more!
So what do they do? Well, some of our customers like to speak to us on the phone because they want help finding the best deals, at the end of the day it can be a big purchase! We also like to make sure customers are protected by offering our handy insurance plan that covers their appliance from accidental damage and breakdowns.
It’s not all work and no play. We love to celebrate our wins with annual awards nights and team nights out. We offer loads of progression opportunities for you to take your career to the next level. An impressive 100% of our sales managers have been promoted internally!
We know how much you earn and how much you work is super important, so we offer;
A competitive basic salary of £27,851
Uncapped commission which we can back up! This year the average earnings were £43,451, with 50% earning in excess of that, and our top earner taking home a huge £65k!
Hybrid working
Rotational shifts from Mon – Sun, 8.30am-7pm
Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Taking around 35 inbound calls a day, helping customers purchase new appliances
You’ll have a hands on approach, finding out what customers are looking for and why they need a new appliance
Be able to build rapport to create a long lasting impression and gain customers trust
Processing orders along with upselling and cross-selling
Making sure our customers are protected by offering our AO Care insurance plan
A Few Things About You
Currently working in a like for like, fast-paced, sales environment
Have the drive to hit your goals, both in and out of work
Be highly money motivated and love working towards weekly sales targets
Super resilient and have a positive mindset, being able to turn past failings into lessons for success
Exceptional sales ability and can effectively fact find and pitch with passion
Be able to confidently talk through your sales experience throughout the recruitment process
