Your Role:
Make daily outbound calls, engaging potential clients and setting up valuable appointments for our Account Managers.
Use your communication skills to build rapport and create meaningful conversations—no rigid scripts here.
Maintain accurate databases and handle customer-focused tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, supported by a team that values collaboration and creativity.

The Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with 5 days in the office initially
Bonuses: Earn rewards for appointments booked and a percentage of deals won by the team.

Experience and Skills Required
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated individual with experience in office-based sales. If you’re someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Qualities:
A confident and professional phone presence, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with potential clients.
A results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy.
