As a Internal Sales, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s business, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions to businesses. As such, your duties will include:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions
Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
To be successful in this Internal Sales position, you will ideally have the following skills, traits and experience:
Proven sales experience, ideally in engineering, utilities, or a related technical field
A strong understanding of engineering and utilities markets, products, and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive business growth
