The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process to ensure we meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software to ensure a well-organised and transparent sales process.
Upselling and Closing Deals: Identify upselling opportunities to secure hires and sales that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, ideally in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
