Our successful client in Cardiff are looking to recruit a Marketing & Welsh Language Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a unique role, where you will combine strong experience in Marketing with a passion and experience of promoting and developing the Welsh Language.

The Role:
Assisting with creating content and development of marketing materials, including posting content across various social media platforms
Assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and delivery of internal communications
Assisting with the planning and organisation of events and attend relevant events
Supporting the HR team in achieving its Welsh Action Plan and projects funded by the Welsh promotion grant (Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol)
Supporting teams in the promotion of Welsh language resources
Supporting the business to identify ways to promote the Welsh language and culture internally and externally
Assisting in the development of Welsh language marketing materials and translating internal communications and social media posts and blogs into the Welsh language
The Person:
Fluent in the Welsh Language both written and verbal
Educated to degree level or equivalent with strong Marketing experience
Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
Interpersonal skills Strong written & verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages Digital design skills
Knowledge of social media trends, operations and tools such as Hootsuite
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, operations and tools – e.g. PPC, email marketing, analytics, CRM systems
The Package:
Salary will be between £24,500 – £27,000 dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm, based at the company head office
