As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our candidate experience, working closely with the Client Services team to find, attract, and place exceptional candidates. You’ll source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone involved. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to support the innovative medical devices sector.

Proclinical is an award-winning global Life Sciences recruitment business dedicated to helping great Life Sciences partners grow. As a continuously expanding international staffing company, we are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our exceptional sales training program. We partner with Life Science companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology sectors, placing the most specialized candidates into senior-level, specialist positions.

Every day you will…

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive company growth.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

Fluency in German or French
Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account Management
Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience
A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and remain customer focused
