Education Boutique (Part of Eteach Group) is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Tutoring and Alternative Provision Team in our HQ Bracknell office. You will work with Local Authorities and Schools to place in-person tutors with young people with additional needs to reintegrate them back into suitable educational settings.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing client relationships with schools and tutors
Engage in business development and warm sales activities
Proactively win new business from new and existing clients
Attract and interview potential candidates in your designated areas
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve career and earning goals
Provide exceptional levels of customer service
Follow internal safeguarding procedures to ensure concerns are raised appropriately.
Maintain good record-keeping
Requirements:
Passionate about supporting SEN learners to reintegrate back into suitable settings
Strong customer service skills and professionalism in challenging situations
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and competitive individual

We support pupils who are unable to access mainstream or alternative provision group settings, providing one-to-one support as a bridge to enable SEND learners to reintegrate back into a suitable educational setting. We also support private families in needs of tutors to support or stretch learners as they prepare for the demands of the British curriculum.
