As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for prospecting for new customers and cross-selling Value Added Products to our existing customers, leveraging the Challenger Sales approach. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue per customer, feature adoption and ultimately the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
• As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling in a consultative manor to existing customers, exceeding targets along the way.
• Use effective questions to uncover needs and articulate a solution offering insight and value; overcoming objections.
• Building Business Plans with our customers, challenging them to implement game changing strategies.
• Represent Henry Schein One at Trade events throughout the year.
• You will be responsible for collaboration with the wider company to align with company goals.
• Effective Pipeline management and strong maintenance of CRM input.
• Leveraging technology to drive customer engagement.
Ability
• You should have a target driven mind-set, working in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales targets.
• Solid communication, active listening and presentation skills.
• Risk taking and entrepreneurial.
• Self-learning and continuous development.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

• Work with Autonomy, managing your day. Experience
• 2+ years of Consultative/Complex B2B sales experience
