Basic Salary: £25,000 plus uncapped commission! OTE up to £50,000

Working Hours: (44) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 09:00 – 17:30 Thursday 09:00 – 20:00, Friday 09:00 – 17:00 & Saturday 09:00 – 15:00 (rota basis)

Charles Hurst Belfast Cupra/Seat is recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site in Belfast. You will work alongside our sales team to provide a first class customer service every time!

Joining our enthusiastic Sales Executives, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Jonathan Mcconkey (Sales Manager) at the dealership who will help impact your knowledge and experience along with the team allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our onboarding process for new joiners to Lookers, we have reinvented our Sales Induction Programme! Our Sales Induction programme is now a 3 day induction which takes place at our impressive revamped Head Office in Land Rover Charles Hurst You’ll be expected to join the Induction in your first week with us, which may require some travel and overnight stays – don’t worry this will all be paid for as part of our generous expenses policy!

Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
Negotiating the final price for the sale
Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

Previous experience in a similar position with brand training within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look-out for new/fresh talent to join our teams. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
