Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Salary: £28,000 – 33,000 per annum + Bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8.30AM – 5:00PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Ferndown. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation
Present our services clearly and persuasively to close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries when needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous telesales, telemarketing, or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude
Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
