£1,200 Guaranteed Bonus in Your First Quarter

OTE: £45k – £50k+ (Uncapped Commission)

What’s In It For You?

Serious money – Basic salary + uncapped commission. £45k – £50k OTE is realistic, but if you’re good, there’s no limit. The harder you hustle, the more you make.
Guaranteed bonus – We know it takes time to settle in, so we’ll pay you extra in your first quarter to get you going.

What You’ll Be Doing

Selling motorbikes – No cold calling, no hard selling—just guiding customers through the process and closing the deal.
Building relationships – Understanding customers’ needs, making recommendations, and making sure they leave happy.
Providing a top-notch experience – Answering questions, handling objections, and making the whole process smooth, fun, and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience – You know how to hit targets, whether it’s from selling cars, phones, insurance, or retail products.
Confidence & personality – You’re comfortable talking to anyone, building rapport, and closing deals.
Energy & enthusiasm – You don’t need to be a bike expert (yet), but you need to bring the excitement.

Company background
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward 14 years and we’ve grown into Europe’s largest used motorcycle retailer with over 3000 bikes in stock!

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and now Crawley, employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
