VAN NATIONAL are Staffordshire’s Largest Independent Commercial Vehicle Supermarket located in Stoke-On-Trent.

As part of our continuous growth we have fantastic opportunities for pro-active sales professionals’ to join our enthusiastic, friendly and successful sales team.

We offer a package that is much time friendlier than a traditional Main Dealer or Supermarket:

***** 5 DAY WORKING WEEK ***** EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF *****

WORKING HOURS:

  • 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
  • 9.00am – 4.00pm Saturday
  • 11.00am – 4.00pm Sunday

***** 28 days holiday per year + Bonus Birthday Day Off *****

You will be responsible for providing a first class service and experience to our customers, maintaining excellent customer relations, following our sales process and enquiry management making sure our customers needs and requirements are accurately qualified and met.

As a Sales Executive here at Van National, you will help us to shake off all of those outdated van industry cliches and help us drive into the fast lane towards becoming the most desired van retailer.

We are a hard working and motivated team, and require individuals who will strive to exceed expectations and deliver a five star service, building on our continued success.

The role and its requirements

Previous experience in car sales or van sales at a main dealer or car supermarket level is essential to this role.

  • Deliver a no pressure, outstanding service to every customer & identify and anticipate their needs.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers in showroom / over the telephone.
  • Outgoing, friendly & approachable
  • Complete quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with their needs.
  • Upselling products and finance where relevant.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure sales targets are met on a monthly basis and records are broken !
  • Liaising with other key departments on site to ensure our customer can receive their new van in a same day service and managing expectations.
  • Communicate with your customers from order through to the delivery / handover of their vehicle

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
