Salary: £25000 – £45000 per annum + OTE £50k plus (uncapped)

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join a successful media group based in Bourne End who are disrupting the radio, podcast and social media landscape.
With the launch of their first genre specific radio station, podcast and Youtube channel, they have plans to quadruple their headcount in the next year and launch a further 11 genre specific stations and channels in the near future.
With the backing of celebrities, public figures, industry professionals and the latest technology, this company has huge growth plans. It’s a fantastic time to join an entrepreneurial company and develop your career.
The main purpose of the role will be to develop relationships with warm clients in order to sell radio advertising and sponsorship deals across their stations. Potential clients have been hand picked so the target market for their products and services are the exact people who listen to the station.
Skills/Experience
– A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
– an excellent understanding of the sales process
– Strong telephone sales abilities, as the role will require a significant amount of telephone-based selling
– Bright, intelligent
