£34k – £36k basic salary plus excellent commission scheme

Our client are a prestigious brand in the heart of London, an independent fitness and personal training world. We are looking for budding sales professionals who are outgoing and passionate about the fitness and wellness industry. The Club
Our client boasts luxury, from their state of the art equipment, world-class instructors, stunning interiors and the highest quality centres for true wellbeing. The beautiful site is set in the heart of Wandsworth and are renowned for their fusion of stylish interiors with high-intensity workouts.
The role
We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for sales and excellent service. The role will involve supporting new members in the journeys, being the friendly, passionate face of the business inspiring individuals to start their journey with you! You will be driving sales and marketing activities, whether this means getting involved in the brands social media and online presence, events or local networking. Exceptional customer service is key with this excellent brand, therefore this combined with smashing targets and KPI’s will be crucial to success in this role!
What are we looking for?
Sales experience is essential for this role
Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer
Driven, passionate, energetic individuals who are willing to be proactive!
Confidence! Be the face of the Club and someone who loves building relationships with the team and members
Experience within fitness is great but not essential, we are looking to hear from experienced sales consultants from retail, leisure, hospitality.
